A man will face court today charged over the alleged sexual assault of a seven-year-old girl in a toilet block at a Newcastle shopping centre.
About 4.30pm yesterday, the girl entered the toilet block of the Newcastle West shopping complex. She has told police a man entered the cubicle she was in and sexually assaulted her.
Last night, in a joint operation between detectives attached to the Newcastle Joint Investigation Response Squad and Newcastle City Local Area Command, police arrested a 38-year-old man at his Hamilton South home.
He was taken to Newcastle Police Station and subsequently charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, attempted sexual intercourse with a child under 10 and assault with intent to have sexual intercourse with child under 10.
The 38-year-old man was refused bail and will appear in Newcastle Local Court later today.
Can we please just castrate these mongrels?????
It is NOT a sickness or a disease that we should be treating with therapy & pats on the head…we should be taking immediate & agressive action in order to protect our children!
It is my opinion tat, once convicted, a pedophile should be forced to have their gonads removed, have a locator chip inserted & be placed on a list that is readily accessible by schools, sporting groups, scout/guide/brownie groups, youth services, etc.
Personally I think they don’t deserve to draw another breath but the death penalty is gone forever so we need to find other ways to protect those who are too young to protect themselves!
