COURT PROCEEDINGS BEGIN AGAINST MAN CHARGED WITH MURDERING TWO BROTHERS
Court proceedings have begun against a 53-year-old Newcastle man, charged with two counts of murder.
Police allege Christopher Angelo Filoppou shot dead two brothers on Sunday night, after an ongoing neigbourhood dispute over loud music.
Filoppou remains behind bars, after bail was refused in court today.
