FIRST SOD TURNED IN QUIRINDI
Work commenced on the new Liverpool Plains Emergency Services Precinct today.
Based in Quirindi, the $4 million facility will be the new home for rural fire crews, the State Emergency Service, and Volunteer Rescue Association.
It’ll also service the Upper Hunter and Gunnedah local government areas.
Liverpool Plains Shire Council hopes the facility will be ready to go by the end of the year.
