High-profile ironmen Adam Gordon and Sam Betten, will contest this month’s Kingscliff Triathlon.
A record 1,000 participants are expected to enter the November 25 event.
First timers are encouraged to take the plunge – there’s eight divisions.
“For those who are serious for the big hit out – you know the 1.5 kay swim, 40 kay ride and the 10 kay run – which we have a significant growth in registratrion in that division – then you’ve got the big course to come and keep you entertained.”
The Gold Coast’s Courtney Atkinson won the last race.
