Fair Work Australia has laid civil charges against Central Coast MP, Craig Thomson, over allegations he misused union funds.
The suspended Labor member says Fair Work has bowed to political pressure from the Coalition.
If the finding goes against him, Thomson could be liable for more than $100,000.
The matter will be heard in the Federal Court in December.
