for DESTRUCTIVE WIND, LARGE HAILSTONES and HEAVY RAINFALL

Northern Tablelands and parts of the
Central West Slopes and Plains Forecast Districts.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce destructive winds, large hailstones
and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the
next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Armidale,
Tenterfield, Tamworth, Gunnedah, Moree, Narrabri, Dubbo, Parkes and Wellington.
At 2pm a potentially dangerous thunderstorm was located southwest of Gunnedah.
The storms movement will take it towards or just south of Gunnedah by 2:30pm.
Large hail is likely with this storm.
