MAN KILLED IN MOTORBIKE CRASH ON PUTTY ROAD

A 54-year-old man has died in a motorbike accident in the Hunter Valley. Emergency services were called to Putty Road at Milbrodale just south of Singleton at around 2 o’clock on Sunday afternoon. It’s understood the bike hit a barrier, with the rider thrown several metres down an embankment. Despite the best efforts of first responders, the man couldn’t be revived.
