Six people are facing a committal hearing over the murder of known drug dealer Saaid Zaiter.
It’s alleged 43-year-old Rodney Boyd White and 27-year-old Ricky Leigh Humphries murdered Mr Zaiter inside a cabin at the Tweed Heritage Caravan Park at Chinderah in December 2008.
His burnt-out four wheel drive was found soon after at Barkers Vale.
The 47-year-old’s remains were discovered at the Border Ranges National Park in late 2009.
Jessica Birkensleigh (BUR-KEN-SLAY), Todd Serone, Matthew Warner and Peter Elefsen have all been charged with being accessories after the fact.
The hearing is expected to take a week.
