Avoca’s Adrian Buchan has continued his run at the Hurley Pro in California, moving into the quarter-finals, after downing Mick Fanning and Nat Young this morning. Buchan recorded a pair of eights to ensure he’ll finish no worse than fifth – a huge boost in his bid for re-qualification on the WSL. “People talk about the ratings all year but I honestly looked at them for the first time about a week ago.
