Community feedback on the controversial proposed Iron Gates development at Evans Head, is once again being sought.
Draft plans for the subdivision have already been approved by Richmond Valley Council following a similar process.
Now the Department of Planning and Environment is putting the proposal on display.
Residents have until the end of the month to make submissions.
