Central Coast surfer Jess Grimwood has claimed her first Australian Open Surfing title.
Grimwood made a brilliant start, scoring a 9.25 out of 10, and defeated Merewether’s Phillipa Anderson, with Avoca teenager Macy Callaghan finishing third in her first Open event.
Sandra English added an incredible 13th National Title to her collection, taking out the over-35 division.
