As Parkes MP Mark Coulton prepares for his fifth election, he believes it will be his toughest yet.
With the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party winning the state seat of Barwon, Mr Coulton says the Federal election will be highly contested – but he remains confident the outcome will fall in his favour.
“Obviously, there’s different dynamics and there’s been a lot said over the last four or five days that there’s this great turn against the National party but the four state seats that are within my electorate, three of them are held by the Nationals.”
