A 42-year-old man has had dangerous driving charges upgraded to murder, following investigations into a suspicious death near Grafton last week.
About 11.15 on November 7, a 39-year-old man was found deceased on Collum Collum Station, Baryugil, about 70km north of Grafton.
The 42-year-old man was arrested at the scene, however his charges were upgraded yesterday at Grafton Local Court, following the results of a post mortem examination.
He was remanded in custody and will next appear at Grafton Local Court on 13 January.
