Three Central Coast athletes have taken out their divisions in the Port Macquarie Ironman 70.3.
Jess Mitchell was triumphant in the 18-24 age group in a time of four hours and 51 minutes.
Rob Hekking won gold in the 65 to 69 division, crossing the line in five hours 56.
In the 70 to 74 category – the inspirational Bruce Higginbotham finished on top of the dias with a time of six hours and 29 minutes.
