The body of a man in his 40s who had been stabbed has been found in a car next to a beach on NSW’s Central Coast.
The discovery was made at 3.15am after NSW Police were called to the car park on Trafalgar Avenue at Umina Beach.
The man hasn’t been formally identified.
Meanwhile a man aged 30 went to nearby Gosford Police Station at 7.30am.
He had suffered cuts and was taken into custody before being moved to hospital, for treatment under police guard.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway.
Police are keen to hear from anyone with any information.
