One lane of Scenic Drive at Bilambil Heights will reopen before the October long weekend.
Two landslips have badly damaged the stretch since February’s floods – requiring a $4-million clean-up.
The lane reopening means Bilambil Heights will again have a direct link to Tweed Heads.
