JAMILLA RANKIN NAMED IN AUSTRALIA’S SQUAD FOR FIFA UNDER-20 WOMEN’S WORLD CUP IN COSTA RICA

Lismore’s Jamilla Rankin has been named in Australia’s 21-player final squad for the FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica.

The 19-year-old defender plays for the Blacktown Spartans and previously represented the Eureka Football Club, as a junior.

Australia fronts Costa Rica in the opening round of the World Cup, on August 10.
