A second north coast man has been arrested over the suspicious death of a woman at Iluka in January.
The body of a 33-year-old woman, who had spent the night on Nine Mile Beach with two men, was discovered on the 27th of January.
An extensive search was carried out at the beach by police and SES volunteers.
Yesterday police arrested a 40-year-old man who has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to manslaughter.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear in Grafton Local Court in June.
His arrest follows that of a 36-year-old man, who was charged with manslaughter, earlier this week.
