Flooding is easing along the Clarence River with the SES issuing the “all clear” for residents to return to Hardwood Island, Goodwood Island and Iluka.
Further north, a minor flood warning has been issued for the Tweed River at Tumbulgum and Chinderah.
The SES is expecting high tide to peak tonight at 9pm.
