Traffic in Tamworth’s central business district was disrupted this morning following a two-car accident at the intersection of Brisbane Street and Kable Avenue.
Police say a vehicle was travelling south along Kable Avenue when it collided with another car.
The southern side of the intersection was closed for close to an hour as emergency services cleaned up.
The two vehicles were towed and both drivers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
