A Sydney tree lopper, accused of breaching public health orders has had his charges dropped.
He was one of four-men who appeared in Toronto Local Court today.
They’re accused of travelling to Lake Macquarie, twice, during lockdown earlier this year to seek work.
The remaining three men will have their cases heard again next month.
