A Kincumber man has escaped jail time after being convicted of child sex crimes in Newcastle Court today.
Nathan Cunningham was found guilty of using social networking sites to contact teenage boys and send indecent content to them.
He was ordered to undergo rehabilitation.
Cunningham was arrested at Gosford railway station last year after police assumed the identity of a teen online to catch him.
