The early years of the University of New England were celebrated today at an alumni event in Armidale.

Some of its first students…taking a trip down memory lane..and now looking forward to U-N-E’s future.

Born and bred in the Manning Valley, Rob Douglas joined the Taree bureau in June 2021 after a short career in print media. He joined the Tamworth team in July 2023. Rob graduated from Charles Sturt University in Bathurst in 2016 with a sports journalism degree.
