ARMIDALE COUNCIL HANDS BACK FUNDING FOR HYDROTHERAPY POOL

Armidale Regional Council has handed back funding for a hydrotherapy pool.

Both tiers of government contributed cash to the project back in 2018, but council was too slow in putting it to use.
