CSG PROTESTORS GATHER IN GLOUCESTER

Around 20 people have gathered at the entrance to AGL’s pilot CSG site at Gloucester, protesting yesterday’s decision to allow fracking.

The state government granted approval to use the controversial practice at four wells, located within stage one of the company’s Waukivory project.

The protestors have vowed to maintain their stance for as long as possible.

Fracking is not expected to start at the site for a few weeks.
