A thief, believed to have gone on a bike stealing spree over the summer, has had their stash uncovered by police.
Officers came across several stolen bicycles hidden at Fingal Bay’s Seaside Holiday Resort on Monday.
Police say they were stolen during a number of break and enters across Port Stephens, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie during the summer holiday season.
As part of ongoing inquiries, police are seeking to identify the owner of the pictured ‘Valk’ electric mountain bike, with a distinct lime green colour on the frame.
Proof of ownership will be required.
