Coffs Harbour City Council has renewed its bid to create a joint organisation of four north coast councils.
It says it’d involve additional shared services like administration.
The Clarence Valley and Coffs Harbour currently share their water supply and Coffs, Bellingen and Nambucca share waste services.
The Office of Local Government is forcing all councils outside greater Sydney into regional joint organisations by September 2016.
