A petition to see Quirindi’s silo complex painted is quickly gaining traction.
The Quirindi Silo Art Committee launched the online petition on Wednesday.
It’s already gained 500 signatures while a physical petition is being passed around local homes to collect even more.
The committee is hoping to reach 5,000 signatures before taking the petition to council.
If approved, the site would be added to a trail of mural artworks around the state including Barraba, Merriwa and Gunnedah.
