The case of a man, accused of punching and killing Jesse Vilkelis-Curas, returned to Lismore Court today.
Police allege the then 18-year-old Bryson Larsen-Tai fatally wounded the 24-year-old during a fight in December 2019 near the Shaws Bay Hotel in East Ballina.
Larsen-Tai appeared via video link in court today before the DPP.
The case was adjourned to April 14.
