Grain Products Australia has finalised the agreement to sell its assets to Allied Mills.
The plant processes up to 60,000 tonnes of wheat a year and was placed into receivership three months ago owing nearly $14 million to banks and creditors.
It’s been confirmed Allied Mills will provide ongoing security for a number of GPA employees and the business will be staying in Tamworth.
