Construction of the $74 million police station and courthouse in Coffs Harbour is just weeks away from completion.
The police station will feature state-of-the-art forensic facilities, while high-tech audio-visual technology will be used in the two local and two district courts.
“Moving into this station will be a hallmark event for us, it will be a boost to morale, good police deserve good facilities, great police deserve great ones and this is a great facility for the police.”
Some officers are expected to move to the new station as early as December.
