Police are asking for the public’s help following reports of a sexual assault in Lismore’s CBD last night.
A young girl told officers she was approached by an unknown man near Magellan and Carrington Streets, before being assaulted near Molesworth Street..
Anyone who was in the area between 6pm and 7pm is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
