Four people are lucky to be alive after a head-on crash on the Pacific Highway at Tabbimoble this morning.
Emergency services were called just after 10 o’clock – three of those involved were taken to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
Lanes in both directions were closed for some time.
