UNIVERSITY CONDUCTS EGG-CITING STUDY ON FREE RANGE CHICKENS

A University of New England study has found free-ranging chickens produce more eggs than those who choose to stay inside their pens.

Researchers say that allowing hens to roam, could increase supply by up to 15 per cent.
