A notorious Pacific Highway black spot has been the site of another mishap, this morning.
This time a semi-trailer carrying a load of magazines jack-knifed across both lanes of the highway at Warrell Creek south of Macksville.
The driver escaped injury as his prime mover slammed into one of two posts erected by the local fruit shop owner to prevent his store from being damaged.
Trucks have crashed into the building twice before.
Detours were in place for several hours.
