MAN DIES IN HUNTER MOTORCYCLE CRASH

A man has died today following a motorcycle crash in the Hunter region.

Just after 9:30am, a passer-by called police when they saw the crash scene on Wollombi Road at Broke, around 35km south west of Singleton.

The rider, believed to be a 75-year-old man, died at the scene.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash has begun, with specialist forensic police examining the crime scene today.
