Following a discussion at last week’s meeting Gunnedah Shire Council is taking action against illegal dumping on McCall’s Road.
Rock barriers will be installed to stop the burning of cars and rubbish disposal.
The barriers will be constructed in five locations in the hope it’ll restrict illegal access, while still allowing property owners and the RFS access when necessary.
It’s estimated to cost nearly $10,000.
