The final report into a plane crash at Old Bar almost two years ago, is due to be released before Christmas.
The Australian Transport Safety Bureau is investigating the incident, which saw a light plane hurtle into a ferris wheel during the town’s festival.
Miraculously no-one was injured.
A preliminary report released in November 2011, found the training facility named by the pilot did not exist under the list of approved facilities at the time he received his certificate.
