TERRIGAL BEACH CONTAMINATION UPDATE

A state government investigation into the water quality at Terrigal Beach has confirmed today human waste is the source of the contamination.

Stage one of the research project shows fecal matter is present in the storm water drains, following rainfall.

It’ll now look into appropriate ways to improve the water quality.
