Jason Doyle’s hopes of winning a second Speedway GP world title are slipping away, after he missed the finals at round five in Poland.
The Australian was on track midway through the event.
Despite winning heat 11, Doyle couldn’t maintain that form.. He now drops out of the top eight and automatic qualification for the 2020 season.
He’ll have a great chance to boost his ranking next round, to be held at the home of his Swedish club side.
