Lismore’s Mitchell Haynes has taken out the 50 lap Wingless Sprints on home soil last night.
He started towards the back of the field, but with 25 laps to go he moved up to fourth.
Out wide, he wasted no time edging his way into third and began closing the gap.
Haynes made a break for it, but Adam Wallace maintained the lead, until a lap to go.
