ENVIRONMENT GROUP MOUNTS COURT CASE AGAINST EPA

A legal battle has been launched against the renewal of environment protection licences for coal-fired power stations in New South Wales.

The Nature Conservation Council is challenging the EPA, claiming it’s been negligent in reviewing the stations, and is putting people’s health at risk.
