A Tamworth grocer has been named as a finalist in the 2019 Fresh Greengrocer Awards.
Family owned business Farmer Bobs was shortlisted for its outstanding customer service.
Mystery shoppers nominated the fresh food outlet, located on Phillip Street.
“We’re strong advocates for supporting local. Being lettuce farmers ourselves we obviously want to get local product into the local stores and to the local consumer.”
The winner will be announced in Sydney on July 24.
