A house fire broke out in a unit at Mayfield on Thursday afternoon, with Fire & Rescue New South Wales working to put it out.
Part of Corona Street was closed off and the neighbouring units were evacuated.
The fire caused damage to the second story unit.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
