A Umina Beach man, charged with assaulting a police officer at a bucks party in February, has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
34-year-old Luke Maloney allegedly tried to choke the officer, during a drunken scuffle outside a hotel at Patonga, until a nearby security guard intervened.
The case will return to Gosford Local Court on May 16.
