A man has been charged after he allegedly sexually touched a young girl outside a shop at Wauchope on the state’s Mid North Coast.
The 52-year-old was arrested on Thursday afternoon, following the alleged incident on Cameron Street earlier in the day.
Police will allege in court that that the man exposed himself to the four-year-old girl, before sexually touching her, and then leaving the area.
He’s been charged with intentionally sexually touching a child under 10-years of age and will reappear in court May 9.
