NEW FISHING REFORMS COULD LURE SHARKS TO SHORE

Commercial fisheries on the Far North Coast are reeling over the latest round of reforms designed to change the catch structure.

It’s feared they’ll not only be left high and dry, but the disposal of excess bycatch could draw sharks closer to shore.
