  1. Your story on the state championships for girls was very disappointing. You left out a lot of important facts and seemed to focus on the North Coast teams only??? Not the teams that actually won the competition? Can I just tell you about the U14 Mid North Coast girls that won. They have achieved something no other team has. They first of all won the Newcastle Hearald WPL. They finished the 21 round season with only 1 loss all season finishing top of the ladder and season Premiers 21 points ahead of second place. They then won their two semi finals and grand final to make them WPL Champions. And finally these girls played 7 games over 3 days in this State Championship and finished undefeated with 6 wins and 1 draw with only 1 goal scored against them all tournament to take out the title. So in total these girls this season have played a total of 31 games with only 1 loss, 1 draw and 29 wins!!! They are 2018 WPL Premiers, WPL Champions and 2018 State Title Winners. Yet your story barley mentioned them at all? It would just have been nice if maybe these girls who were completely outstanding got the recognition they deserved.
