It’s been seven years in the making, and now the Port Macquarie Youth Centre is finally taking shape.
The facilities will cater for 12 to 25 year olds, providing activities designed to boost self esteem and leadership skills.
The Horton Street site was formerly used by Southern Cross University, but thanks to $3 million from St Agnes Parish, it will have a new lease on life.
The centre will officially open in November.
