BOY IN COMA AFTER BEING STRUCK BY TRAIL BIKE RIDER

An 11-year-old boy is in an induced coma after being struck by a trail bike rider on the Central Coast.

The child was struck on Sunday afternoon in Lisarow and airlifted to The Children’s Hospital in Westmead.

Police were told the male rider did not stop to offer help, and are asking for witnesses to come forward.
